At CNICHT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for brand-new products that meet the following criteria:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or opened items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new one.
